Buzz's Market Full Service Meat Counter
The meat served at Buzz's Market is cut, sliced, trimmed and ground in-store by our trained meat cutters. It is then displayed in our meat cases and packaged upon the request of our customers.
Special requests are never a problem at Buzz's Market. You can pick out the exact cut of meat you would like and have our meat cutters cut it at the thickness you are looking for. Your meat is then packaged, according to your requests, in our freezer paper. If you would like to order a substantial amount of meat packaged in small packages to restock your freezer, feel free to call ahead and our meat cutters can have it ready for pickup upon your arrival!
Our Ground Beef is available in three grind varities: Ground Beef 73/27, Ground Chuck 81/19, and Extra Lean Ground Beef 95/5.
